Duties and Responsibilities
Determine stock to be merchandised
Draw stock requirements
Check vintage, product quality on the shelf, stock rotation, and price tags
Execute merchandising activities as per cycle brief
Provide feedback on customer complaints, queries, and requests
Communicate and maintain knowledge of products and promotions
Accurately record merchandising activities
Execute calls as per call cycle
What We’re Looking For
Aged 18–28 years
NCV Level 4 or N6 TVET Certificate
Looking to complete a workplace experience internship
No work experience needed – we’ll teach you!
Willing to learn, grow, and work in a professional environment
