Junior Production Manager - Montague Gardens
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric , National Certificate (NCV)
- Experience 2 - 5 years
- Location Western Cape
- Job Field Manufacturing
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To manage both the basting and poultry team
- Organizing and efficiencies in production
- Management of staff
- Health and safety and food safety adherence
- Understanding production yields
- To ensure accuracy on production reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- Production/ food industry – minimum 2-5 years’ experience (advantageous)
- Knowledge of poultry equipment – (advantageous)
- Experienced in food safety audits: FSSC, HACCP etc.
- Degree or higher
- Experienced in the MS Office suite – non negotiable
