Delta-v accelerates the growth of international tech companies. We build and manage sales acceleration teams from our base in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town.
This role is an opportunity to move into project management, work in a high growth start-up environment, and take responsibility for customer onboarding and sales campaign setup projects for international SaaS and FinTech companies. You’ll get to run international projects, and develop deep knowledge of how startups drive growth. About the role
You’ll be accelerating the growth of both Delta-v and our customers' businesses by owning customer onboarding projects, coordinating small project teams, and managing and improving operational processes. Specific duties will include:
Project management of new customer onboarding and campaign setup projects
Creating and organising project documentation such as agendas, project plans and presentations
Creating and improving project processes
Coordinating internal and external stakeholders
Running weekly planning sessions and daily team standups
Campaign reporting to customers
Anything else that needs doing
To be considered for this role the following skills and experience are essential:
University degree, ideally with a postgraduate qualification
Project management certification (e.g. Prince 2, CAPM, APMG etc.)
2+ years work experience in an operational or customer facing role that's involved project work
Excellent organisational skills
Proven ability to generate high quality documentation
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
Demonstrated interest in the world of tech
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
You’re currently located in Cape Town
The following skills would be advantageous but are not essential:
Exposure to software like Salesforce, Pipedrive, Hubspot, Outreach or Salesloft
Previous experience in Fintech, Edtech, SaaS, or Marketplace startups
Experience setting up dashboards and reports
Culture of continuous learning
