Junior Proofreader needed for romance ghostwriting agency. You will be a part of a passionate team of writers and project managers.

• 1-4 years experience

• meticulous, thorough, and a self-starter

• needs to work well with tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and flexible work hours

General duties

• reviewing, proofing and editing written fiction manuscripts

• need to check for spelling, grammar, punctuation, usage and syntax

• reference check for plausibility, accuracy and copyright infringement

Requirements

• reliable internet connection

• reliable laptop/desktop

• proficiency with Google Workspace

• proficiency with ProWriting Aid advantageous

• solid writing and editing track record/provable skills

• excellent time management skills

• excellent communication skills

Fully remote company.

Availability: immediate

You will have freedom and flexibility BUT you will also be responsible for your deliverables. We do not micro-manage. This is a freelance based position with the opportunity to work full time.
