Junior Quantity Surveyor at Hire Resolve

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of bills of quantities
• Conduct cost estimation and pricing
• Monitor project costs and budgets
• Prepare and issue progress claims to clients and subcontractors
• Assist with contract administration
• Review and analyze project specifications and drawings
• Support the senior QS in various tasks and projects

Requirements

• Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in quantity surveying is preferred
• Knowledge of construction processes and practices
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and quantity surveying software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop professional skills
