Junior Regulatory Officer at Mayfly Agri (Pty) Ltd

• A well-established integrated pest management company based in Tzaneen is seeking the above to be responsible for managing the dossier life cycle, including coordinating submissions, renewals, and compliance with guidelines and accreditations. The position can be based in Tzaneen or in Gauteng, with travel to Tzaneen from time to time.

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a relevant tertiary qualification, with an M.Sc. being preferred
• SACNASP registration is highly beneficial
• Previous regulatory experience is advantageous
• Must have an understanding of biological pest control
• Experience in compiling dossiers for Act 36 registrations, with additional experience in writing protocols, is advantageous
• Experience or an understanding of product development processes
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Responsible for dossier life cycle management.
• Coordinating pre-registration and post-registration dossier submission activities.
• Understanding various guidelines and accreditations (GMP/GLP/SANAS/OECD/SANS/FAO/GHS).
• Managing product renewals with various ministries of Agriculture.
• Updating in-house files.
• Coordinating and organizing analytical reports required for registrations.
• Coordinating artwork and packaging designs.
• Fostering effective liaison with government and other regulatory bodies, both locally and internationally.
