You will need to have - 

• Supply Chain / similar qualification (degree)
• Advanced Excel
• 2 years working experience within the FMCG sectors

We are searching for a highly talented, ambitious, committed and experienced Supply Chain Intern/Junior Planner who will be responsible for supporting the supply chain team with administration support.

THE ROLE
In this role you will be responsible for: 

•  Maintain forecast files for 30 active distributors (growing yearly) across Africa 
•  Update forecast files monthly with new innovation 
•  Manage phase in/phase out, product status and other master data on forecast files 
•  Upload files on SharePoint for distributors 
•  Manage product registration 
•  Submit requests to Dubai registration for new innovation 
•  Maintain product list per country of product registration status 
•  Participate in monthly route to market discussions and action product registration requests for new countries.
•  Create forecast sheets for products based as per Innovation Road Map in collaboration with Marketing Teams. 
•  Download Prometheus forecast sheets for all Luxury and Mass products 
•  Maintain products master data list for South Africa business  
•  Update list monthly with new innovation product status, phase in/phase out. 
•  Highlight global discontinuations to SA team to manage phase out plan
