Support the Topline Business Planning team with all financial deliverables including Financial Planning and Management, Reporting and Financial analysis.

ABOUT YOU

Manage accrual settlements:

• Reviewing settlements of contractual trading terms and reconciliation of Lump sum co-ops and Tallys.

Coordinate and compile:

• The TTM reconciliation.
• Monthly and quarterly reports (customer and profitability).
• Rolling forecast files.

Ensure TT is up to date:

• Ensure that all the percentages in the TTM system are up to date.
• Ensure all accruals are enough to cover all the claims.
• Ensure that all Tally contracts are loaded in TTM and that they are accurate.
• Ensure that all the spending is in line with the forecast.

Coordinate the settlement of TTM claims with AR:

• On a monthly basis coordinate with accounts receivables to ensure that all the contractual claims are credited to the customer via TTM.

Coordinate the reconciliation of Tallys and lump sum co-ops:

Together with the KAMS and the customer collaboration teams, ensure that we have enough accruals to cover the expected claims.
