Junior Video Producer at Hollywoodbets

Responsibilities

• We have an amazing opportunity for Junior Video Producer to be based in Umhlanga. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star? 
• The Junior Video Producer assists with planning, coordinating and executing video shoots, conducting interviews, supports post-production and ensures that all content aligns with the Hollywoodbets brand standards.
• The Junior Video Producer works closely with the creative team, videographers, editors and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality content on time and within scope. 

What you bring:

• Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, Visual Communications, or related field 
• 1–2 years of experience in video production
• Demonstrated experience assisting on shoots, conducting interviews, & coordinating production tasks
• Experience working with cameras, lighting, and sound teams 
• Adobe Creative Suite: Premier Pro/DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with editing processes and workflows
• Scriptwriting 
• Storyboarding / Shot List 
• Video production basics (shooting & editing
• Project coordination & scheduling
• Technical knowledge (camera, lighting, sound)
• Communication & stakeholder management
• Creativity & attention to detail
• MS Office 

Bonus to have:

What You’ll Do for The Brand: 

Pre-Production

• Assist with concept development, storyboarding, and scripting for internal campaigns, marketing initiatives, and corporate communications.
• Coordinate logistics including shoot schedules, equipment preparation, team bookings, and stakeholder communication.
• Support producer in obtaining approvals and ensuring alignment with the Hollywoodbets brand voice and compliance requirements.

Production

• Support on-set operations including camera assistance, lighting setup, sound management, and overall production coordination.
• Ensure all shoots adhere to Hollywoodbets’ professional standards, safety protocols, and operational guidelines.
• Liaise with internal departments, ambassadors, and external partners to facilitate smooth production workflows.

Post-Production

• Assist with video editing, grading, sound syncing, and versioning of content for different platforms (web, internal channels, social media, digital screens).
• Export, archive, and organise project files within department systems.
• Maintain quality control by reviewing final outputs for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.

Administrative & Creative Support

• Manage content calendars, production checklists, and internal creative requests.
• Assist with briefing documents, project tracking, and departmental reporting.
• Contribute fresh ideas, creative solutions, and innovative approaches to enhance brand storytelling.
