This position will require an understanding of configuration and a foundational level of experience on a Cloud based platform. Working alongside a Strategic Lead and Specialist Configurators, ensuring optimal operation of the overall platform. It will include but not be limited to complex testing, business process design, process implementation, analysis, and maintenance in the light of best practice recommendations and creating reports.

Key Accountabilities
Support Tier 1 case management and customer support team with technical queries
Coordinating with team members to analyse/troubleshoot complex system issues, supporting the configuration and implementation changes to the application, participating in testing/validation of functionality changes
Analyse business problems and processes to identify functional and non-functional solutions supporting the needs of business.
Ensure design, development, configuration, testing and launch of specific features are complete and functional, both independently and in coordination with all other dependent platform features with a consideration for out of the box capabilities.
Ensuring all dependent integrations, reports and other business needs are consistently maintained and accounted for as continual changes are made to the system.
This role will require work as part of a larger functional team looking after the platform as a whole and require this position to assist cross-functionally.
Perform application maintenance, managing support for incidents related to the platform
Takes ownership of business requirements for small enhancements and works them to completion
Maintains the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments
Performs application maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification and remediation
Provides configuration assistance
Assist with estimating release level of effort
Be part of the testing cycle, ensure test results are stored as per governance guidelines and any issues identified are addressed appropriately through issue resolution and repeat test cycles – working closely with business on outcomes.
