The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient support service to the Key Account Manager. They will be responsible for liaising with customers, service providers and internal stakeholders and providing support required by the team.
Key responsibilities
Prepare client requests by gathering relevant information, compiling, and ensuring deadlines are met;
Offer sales support to Key Account Managers by compiling client proposals and following up on stock deliveries;
Liaise directly with customers and ensure customer requests are implemented;
Compile proposals, send out to customers, follow up telephonically , process and send off for invoicing and distribution;
Perform data processing, load brief and generate reports including weekly turnover reports stock reports for Key Account management;
Liaise telephonically with customers regarding urgent orders/deliveries or queries when Key Account Managers are not available;
Offer general administrative support to the team; and
Maintain a filing system of Sales documentation.

Requirements
Grade 12/ matric
Relevant tertiary qualification
At least 1-2 years experience in an administrative role, with some exposure/experience in Sales Support.
