    Key Account Manager (Corporate Clients) - Centurion

    Purpose of Position:

    • To cultivate and sustain strong relationships with high-value clients (national and international), serving as the main point of contact to maximise client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

    Requirements:

    • Business Management qualification equivalent to NQF 7  (Required)

    Required Experience:

    • 5 years or more experience within a medical/pathology environment with proven experience in key account management or a similar position, including successful client relationship management and business development within the industry., Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal., Excellent problem solving skills, Exceptional ability to build rapport with key clients (at all levels) including internal stakeholders, Exceptional customer service skills, Strong commercial and business awareness, Strong negotiation skills, Strong sales and analytical skills, Strong strategic account planning ability to identify growth opportunities within client accounts, understand market trends, and align strategies with overall business goals, The ability to handle multiple client accounts

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for relevant stakeholders and provide feedback on actions taken regarding data insights., Develop a network of industry contacts to foster relationships beyond current accounts, creating possibilities for new opportunities., Drive the client relationship cycle (including onboarding and retention) of new and existing clients., Identify growth opportunities and understand client needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions., Proactively address client needs, negotiate terms, and demonstrate value to ensure seamless contract renewals., Resolve client issues promptly and escalate as needed., Stay informed about industry trends, challenges, and innovations.
