    Key Account Manager (Digital Media and Advertising Solutions

    • One of our clients based in Cape Town are looking for a Key Account Manager to act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the campaign life-cycle.
    • Consult with advertisers to understand their objectives and develop tailored media and advertising solutions.
    • Prepare compelling commercial proposals and recommendations aligned to client goals.
    • Develop campaign budgets, cost estimates, and manage related financial administration and invoicing processes.
    • Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular reporting, insights, and optimisation recommendations.
    • Partner closely with creative, operations, analytics, and campaign delivery teams to ensure successful execution.
    • Identify account growth opportunities through up-selling, cross-selling, and strategic planning.
    • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across both internal and external teams.
    • Drive commercial performance against individual sales and revenue objectives.
    • Contribute to the enhancement of client experience, processes, and overall service delivery.
