• Liaise with clients continuously
• Ensure all continuous follow-up on all aspects of your client’s requirements
• Responsible for all rates relating to existing clients, including changes
• Generate tracking reports and KPI to monitor service levels and manage client requirements
• Conduct quality checks
• Prepare tenders, reports, presentations, proposals / rates for all types of clients
• Analyse client needs and propose company specific solutions

Candidate Requirements

• Matric or Senior Certification equivalent
• BCom Logistics would be preferable
• High level of Computer literacy
