Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and manage our key client accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with a proven track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with key clients.
• The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive growth and revenue
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within key accounts
• Monitor and analyze account performance, providing regular updates to senior management
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise with key clients
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in the market that may impact key accounts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management
• Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience in the Automotive sector is preferred
