    Key Account Manager

    Job Duties

    • As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term Key Account customers of ADI.
    • You will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual benefits for both parties. A strategic account mindset and approach is essential to the role.
    • The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long-term success.
    • You will work with internal stakeholders and suppliers to deliver revenue growth and increased share of wallet with our customers to ensure an exceptional customer experience for all involved.
    • To promote and increase sales by developing and managing relationships with existing Key Account customers.
    • To win new business from our competitors by building relationships with their key customers
    • To prospect and close new business or increased opportunities with current customers.
    • To provide support to customers and the branch network to meet the Company objectives in Sales, Profit, Margin improvement and Service Quality.
    • To be aware of new innovations in the market through technical training on a regular basis and attending product seminars.
    • To engage fully with all periodic sales campaigns and strategies.
    • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
    • Serve as the link of communication between key customers, internal teams, and branches.

    You Must Have

    • You have strong track record of success within Key or Strategic account management, ideally within the security industry.
    • Experienced in B2B sales environment that is fast paced with a high number of SKUs or short sales cycle
    • Be based in Johannesburg and be willing to travel across the region
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
    • You must have a clean driving licence
