    Key Account Manager (Security Operations)

    Job Context    

    • Servest Security is recruiting a Key Account Manager: Security Operations to take full responsibility for the operational oversight, coordination, and performance management of a national healthcare portfolio.
    • This is a mission-critical leadership role, requiring a strong operator who can drive consistency, control, and service excellence across multiple sites, while maintaining high levels of client confidence and contractual compliance in a highly regulated environment.

    Minimum Requirements    

    • Diploma or Degree in Operations Management, Business Management or related.
    • Minimum 5- 10 years’ Health Care operational experience.
    • Minimum 5 years’ Key Account Management experience.
    • Healthcare / hospital operational experience is essential.
    • Proven experience managing complex client portfolios and SLA environments.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare operational risk and compliance environments.
    • Grade A PSIRA Registration.
    • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally.
    • Strong Microsoft Office, reporting, and presentation capability.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
    • Ability to drive discipline, accountability, and execution across a multi-site portfolio.
    • Ability to operate effectively within high-pressure and highly regulated environments.
    • Own transport 

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Lead and manage all operational aspects of the Netcare Security portfolio nationally.
    • Drive SLA compliance and ensure all contractual obligations are consistently achieved.
    • Implement operational recovery and performance improvement plans where required.
    • Ensure operational readiness and rapid response capability across all healthcare sites.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Netcare Hospital General Managers and key stakeholders.
    • Support the Head of Group Key Accounts in strengthening client confidence and retention.
    • Drive operational governance, compliance, audits, and reporting standards.
    • Monitor site performance, incident trends, risk exposure, and service delivery gaps.
    • Lead operational meetings at hospital level and client engagements at hospital level
    • Ensure all staffing structures, rostering, and operational deployments are aligned to contractual requirements.
    • Drive disciplinary, IR, and performance management processes where necessary.
    • Ensure healthcare security protocols and procedures are effectively implemented and maintained.
    • Oversee investigations relating to operational incidents, client complaints, and non-compliance findings.
    • Drive operational efficiencies, cost management, and service optimisation initiatives.
    • Collaborate with People & Culture, Training, and Operations to ensure capability alignment across the portfolio.
