    Key Account Manager

    About the job
    The ideal candidate should be able to identify the needs of both new and current customers, preferably from a diagnostics industry.


    Qualifications

    • 5 Years sales experience - medical diagnostics equipment
    • Medical qualification/biomedical/clinical pathology
    • Lab experience advantageous


    Responsibilities

    • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
    • Identify and develop new client opportunities
    • Resolves customer problems or concerns
    • Provide potential and existing customers with written quotations
    • Prioritizes project planning, meeting competing customer requests/deadlines, and organized territory management
    • Create and utilize a territory sales plan
    • Manage contacts, activities, calendar, and sales pipeline through daily use of CRM Software
    • Utilize data-mining, collaboration, and other tools available on the Web Portal to refine strategy Attend live, recorded, and web training seminars to increase product knowledge and sharpen skills
    • Build a basic territory plan that consists of account and major product goals. Content should include major strategies, tactics and timelines
    • Manage and control expenses to budget
