    Key Account Manager - US Retail

    Job Purpose:

    • Develop and manage relationships with key retailers partners in the United States.  Establish goals, execute account level plans, ensure partner and end-consumer satisfaction while achieving stated business and sales targets. Ultimately grow hearX’s revenue and market share through successful key account management of assigned partners.

    Minimum education (essential):

    • Bachelor’s Degree

    Minimum education (desirable):

    • Business, Marketing, Communications or similar degree

    Minimum applicable experience (years):

    • 3-5 years in account management

    Required nature of experience:

    • Key account relationship management and business development. 
    • Proven success in driving profitable volume growth in health tech, consumer electronics or consumer packaged goods resulting in preferred supplier status. 
    • Reporting

    Skills and Knowledge (essential):

    • Excellent communication, organization, forecasting, and planning skills.  
    • Business development and revenue stream expansion mindset.
    • Achieve stated sales targets, driving growth with existing partners
    • Ability to move between strategic and tactical work streams, rolling up sleeves to get things done
    • Proven ability to negotiate and work with high level executives, navigating large organizations to build meaningful contacts.
    • Resilience in stressful and dynamic environments.
    • Proven track record of high satisfaction and top standing with partners.
