Level 2 support

• Escalation point for L1 engineers
• Direct support for SLA customers
• Telephonic support
• Remote hands support
• Remote installation / racking / stacking
• Upskilling according to certification path and company requirements
• Assistance for other technical teams as needed
• Update and maintain documentation and repositories
• Engineering lead on projects
• Pre-sales duties as required
• Assist with solution architecture and designs Mentoring of L1 
• Provide research and development information to team lead regarding new products and technical trends
• Perform duties on standby according to the standby roster
• Availability after hours for support and telephonic calls
• Availability to travel for support afterhours
• Availability to field calls
• Wide knowledge in offensive and defensive security including but not limited to the below with specialization in defensive or offensive components
• Firewalling and UTM
• Endpoint security
• Security frameworks and architectures
• Web application firewalling
• Email security
• Vulnerability assessments and their nature
• Penetration testing
• Security consulting
• Advance skill in Fortinet Product Suite
• High level of competency in Routing and Switching environments
