To be considered for this role, you must have successfully completed Grade 12. You must also be registered with the HPCSA as a Lab Assistant in Cytology. This foundational qualification is essential, as it ensures you are equipped with the basic knowledge and skills needed to perform effectively in a laboratory environment. You bring with you up to five years of experience as a Lab Assistant in a laboratory setting. Whether you are just starting out or have already gained valuable exposure, your experience reflects your readiness to contribute and grow. Skills Requirements
Strong communication skills are essential, and you are able to read, write and speak fluently in English. You are comfortable with basic numerical reasoning, able to perform everyday calculations with confidence.
