Lead Business Analyst - Cape Towmn at Juru Holdings

Job Summary 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead/Senior Business Analyst with a strong background in agile methodology. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and effectively communicating requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Lead / Snr BA with agile methodology experience i.e. writing user stories, acceptance criteria, requirement writing skills
• Product owner experience is an advantage
• Experience working with and engaging with solution delivery teams (Bizagi, TCS, BaNCS, etc)
• Experience working in Digital UI, Service Orientated Architecture, process modelling, user journey mapping
• Technical experience due to the number of interfaces in sales. This person to engage with our Solution Architects, system analysts
• This person would work across Xplan, SR, Quote, Application, New Business Servicing
• This person would work across Savings, Income and Contribution Protection i.e. full S&I product set
