    Lead Clojure Developer

    What You’ll Do:

    • Design & implement fault-tolerant services using Clojure, Java, and modern cloud infrastructure
    • Lead & mentor a team, driving best practices in CI/CD, observability, and performance optimisation
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business goals
    • Tech Stack: Clojure, Java, React, AWS, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes

    What our client is looking for:

    • 10+ years of development experience in functional or back-end programming
    • Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure & CI/CD pipelines
    • Leadership skills to mentor and drive engineering excellence
