In this role, you will be responsible for delivering superior customer service to multicarrier intermodal standalone customers, you will proactively identify issues and mitigate them ensuring they are resolve quickly, coach, motivate and build a high-performing team, lead by example, inspire and energize the teams. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coach and lead the CX team
• Drive transformations and change management projects
• Ensuring team adheres to the standard processes and customer specific lOP's and monitors respective KPI's
• Support onboarding of new team members
• Actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers, and desires
• Help resolve all customer issues and engage relevant stakeholders as required to facilitate timely and effective solutions Own customer experience. Lead the team to achieve best-in-class Customer Service

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Should have a minimum of 5 years in a leadership position
• Should have experience in Freight forwarding, logistics and services or in other related industries
• Must have proven experience in successfully managing a team
• Strong knowledge of local logistics operations and infrastructure, competition and systems
• Detailed oriented
• Cost consciousness
• Knowledge and relationships with key
• Local stakeholders i.e. local supplier markets for insourced physical products
