    Lead Salesforce Developer

    What will you do?

    • Lead a team of 2-3 developers.
    • Grow and mentor your team members.
    • Be a hands-on developer in your team, including designing, coding, and delivering features from ideation to production.
    • Understand and translate integration requirements into software requirements and code deliverables using modern tech-stack best practices.
    • Take full responsibility and ownership of the project from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Ensure optimal performance and quality of high-scale web applications and services.
    • Evolve architecture and engineering to support the ever-growing scale of users, features, and data.
    • Test the stability and functionality of the application by writing business-related unit tests.
    • Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
    • Write documents and provide technical training for the team.

    Job requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience with a proven record of leading a development team of cloud applications.
    • 6+ years of experience in delivering business applications on the platform of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, and Flows.
    • 6+ years of experience in front-end development (preferred: LWC, ReactJS, NextJS, or similar frameworks).
    • 8+ years of experience in back-end web development (preferred: Apex, Python/ Java).
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce transactions, their limitations, and challenges when designing an architecture.
    • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce Sales and Services clouds.
    • Working knowledge with GIT, and JIRA.
    • Experience working with teams using Agile and CI/CD methodologies.
    • Writing technical design documents (TDDs).
    • Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues.
