    Senior Salesforce Developer

    What will you do?

    • Develop new features from ideation to production.
    • Understand and translate integration requirements into software requirements and code deliverables using modern tech-stack best practices.
    • Work with a small team of experienced and highly talented developers in an environment with cutting-edge technologies.
    • Work closely with the product, taking responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Ensure optimal performance and quality of high-scale web applications and services.
    • Evolve our architecture and engineering to support the ever-growing scale of users, features, and data.
    • Test the stability and functionality of the application by writing business-related unit tests.
    • Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
    • Write technical design documents (TDDs).

    Job requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in delivering business applications on the platform of Salesforce.com, including Apex, LWC, and Flows.
    • 4+ years of experience in back-end web development (preferred: Apex, Python/ Java).
    • 3+ years of experience in front-end development (preferred: LWC, ReactJS, NextJS, or similar frameworks).
    • Deep understanding of Salesforce transactions, their limitations, and challenges when designing an architecture.
    • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce Sales and Services clouds.
    • Working knowledge with GIT, JIRA.
    • Experience working with teams in Agile and CI/CD methodologies.
    • A passion for writing clean and robust code.
    • Ability to problem-solve high-level software and application issues.
    • Writing technical design docs (TDDs).

    Lead Salesforce Developer

    What will you do?

    • Lead a team of 2-3 developers.
    • Grow and mentor your team members.
    • Be a hands-on developer in your team, including designing, coding, and delivering features from ideation to production.
    • Understand and translate integration requirements into software requirements and code deliverables using modern tech-stack best practices.
    • Take full responsibility and ownership of the project from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
    • Ensure optimal performance and quality of high-scale web applications and services.
    • Evolve architecture and engineering to support the ever-growing scale of users, features, and data.
    • Test the stability and functionality of the application by writing business-related unit tests.
    • Troubleshoot and fix bugs.
    • Write documents and provide technical training for the team.

    Job requirements:

    • 2+ years of experience with a proven record of leading a development team of cloud applications.
    • 6+ years of experience in delivering business applications on the platform of Salesforce including Apex, LWC, and Flows.
    • 6+ years of experience in front-end development (preferred: LWC, ReactJS, NextJS, or similar frameworks).
    • 8+ years of experience in back-end web development (preferred: Apex, Python/ Java).

    Salesforce System Analyst

    What will you do?

    • Transform a broad understanding of the customer experience journey and insights into improving online engagement.
    • Design and develop complex reports.
    • Provide analysis and recommendations for applications and interfaces.
    • Analyze and translate business requirements to determine appropriate solution designs considering capabilities, limitations, and design trade-offs.
    • Have end-to-end ownership across multiple cross-functional projects.
    • Drive and execute functional design, testing, change management, and end-user acceptance for projects and enhancements.
    • Partner with relevant teams (QA, Project and Product Managers, Developers, and Business System Analysts) to support day-to-day systems and interface issues related to existing application solutions.

    Job requirements:

    • 5+ years of in-depth, hands-on experience with consultation, design, and documentation of enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions.
    • 4+ years’ experience in an Admin, Developer, or Business Systems Analyst role supporting Integration / Customer.IO/ Braze.
    • Having experience in the implementation of multiple complex integrations as well as documenting interfaces and data flows.
    • Good understanding of data flow and related business processes like lead conversion, sales lifecycle, and contract management.
    • Strong analytical skills in analyzing complex problems, processes, and systems to propose solutions.
    • Experience with data integration tools such as Workato, Fivetran, Informatica, or others.
