Learner System Analyst - Lichtenburg at NWK

As a Learner System Analyst, you will receive extensive training on:

• Conducting an in-depth analysis of existing computer systems, processes, and workflows.
• Identifying areas for improvement and recommending enhancements to increase efficiency.
• Working closely with stakeholders to understand their system needs and requirements.
• Documenting detailed business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• Developing and executing test plans to validate the functionality and integrity of computer systems.
• Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies through thorough testing and collaboration with IT teams.
• Providing training and support to end-users, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to use the systems.
• Continuously improving user documentation and providing clear instructions for system usage.
• Collaborating with IT and other relevant stakeholders to ensure systems are secure and complying with relevant regulations and policies.
• Staying updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to computer system security.

Minimum requirements:

• Grade 12 obtained with 60% for accounting and/or Information Technology.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English.
• A relevant degree would be to your advantage.
