Job Description

• Learnership program to offer unemployed individuals the opportunity to learn and develop within the Agricultural environment, specifically in CTFL Manufacturing Processes: Inspection and Packaging NQF2. Skills are acquired through a learning period and are developed through constant application and correction.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF4  
• Unemployed individuals only
• People with a disability are encouraged to apply  
• Keeping premises clean and tidy 
• Able to perform hard manual labour 
• Constantly adding value to the function of the job
• Prepared to work alternate day and night shifts Own transport

Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend all theoretical training sessions.
• Complete a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) and assignments for assessment.
• Pass and complete the required level in formative and summative assessments
• Acquire workplace skills that prepare you for future roles.
• Responsible for general tidiness 
• Cleaning duties 
• Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time
