This learnership is designed to provide employees with an opportunity to enhance their management knowledge, leadership capabilities, and workplace competencies while continuing to contribute to the hospital's operational excellence. Participants will benefit from structured theoretical learning and practical workplace experience aimed at developing effective management and supervisory skills.
