    Learnership Opportunities - Durban

     Job Overview:

    • The main requirement of the Customer Care Consultant is to handle customer complaints, process orders, provide information about a company's products and services and resolve queries.

     Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12/ Matric Qualification gained within the last 2 years
    • No Work Experience gained
    • Excellent telephone etiquette and good listening skills
    • Must have excellent communication (written and verbal)
    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
    • Clear Criminal record
    • Must have an original ID
    • Must not be on any other learnership programme or currently studying
