    Learning & Development Administrator Intern

    Description

    • The learning and development administrator will be responsible for the administration and coordination of a range of learning and development solutions which include the technical administrative and functional administrative tasks in the daily operations of an enterprise level learning management system and administrative tools to support the development and delivery of learning content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration of the educational technologies at Bayport South Africa.

    Requirements
    EDUCATION

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • NQF Level 5 Business Administration or higher related business administration qualification.

    DESIRED/ PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

    • Proficiency and competency in Microsoft office suite

    CERTIFICATIONS AND TRAINING COURSES

    • Excel Intermediate qualification

    EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

    • At least 6 months experience as an administrator
    • Experience within a fast paced and dynamic environment
    • Experience with MS Excel and its functions and features

    INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

    • Experience in Insurance and/or financial services an advantage
