Duties:

• Teaching of physiology and/or medical biochemistry to under- and postgraduates in the health sciences, development of an active research programme, supervision of MSc and PhD degrees and participation in all academic activities of the School, including administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Applicants with a PhD degree in physiology or a related field, experience in teaching physiology to health science students, and evidence of the ability to carry out and publish research in any of the following areas:  pain, sleep, neurophysiology, movement physiology, cardiovascular physiology, metabolism, inflammation and molecular physiology will be advantages.
