The IIE Varsity College Pietermaritzburg Campus has a vacancy for a Lecturer (part-time) in the Faculty of Humanities for the following module in first semester of 2025:
- Design Thinking and Problem-Solving_ DTPS5111
Competencies Required:
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Assertiveness and dynamism
- Understanding of customer service in education
- Demonstrate an ability to manage work and self proactively
Minimum Education Requirements:
- A Bachelor degree in Digital Design/Media/ Graphic Design / Multimedia
Alternatively:
- A Bachelor degree in one of the Digital Graphic/Media/Multimedia related fields with digital graphics or a similarly related field to the third-year level.
Minimum Experience Required:
- Lecturing experience in digital graphics/ digital design/multimedia
- Previous lecturing experience within tertiary environment is advantageous.
- Work experience as a graphics designer/ digital animator/ multimedia/ in a related graphical design environment.
