A Master’s degree and undergraduate qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science. However, a candidate with a PhD would be given preference.
At least 3 years’ of university teaching experience.

Proficiency in a broad range of computer applications.
Experience utilizing innovative teaching and learning technologies, including online instruction.
Demonstrated evidence of a growing research track record.
Demonstrated record of academic publications in accredited journals or conference proceedings.
Possesses excellent communication and lecturing skills.
Proficiency in using online learning platforms (e.g., Moodle, MS Teams, Blackboard).
Eligibility for registration with a relevant professional body (preferred).
Summary of Duties:
Teach and examine ICT-related modules at undergraduate level across any of the following areas: Programming, Data Structures, Operating Systems, Networks, Cybersecurity, Human-Computer Interaction, Ethics, Image Processing, Artificial Intelligence, Business Informatics and Research Methodology.
Supervise postgraduate students and undergraduate student projects.
Produce publications and maintain active research involvement.
Contribute to research development initiatives.
Participate in curriculum design and development in ICT programmes.
Engage in community and external outreach activities, including active involvement in professional and subject-related associations.
Develop and author study materials.
Perform administrative and other academic duties as delegated.
