    Legal Administrator I

    What to Expect In This Position Structure, draft, and review contractual documents such as sales agreements, license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, subcontractor agreements, and other commercial agreements that establish business relationships with customers, subcontractors, and partners using established language with guidance from in-house counsel. Manage escalations to enable the sales team and business partners to close deals.

    •  Maintains the legal contract database for all international operations.
    •  Provide and facilitate answers and solutions to company's general legal request.
    •  Manage contract requests across the global organization through the legal request systems.
    •  Provides guidance and assistance on contract issues to the other team members.
    •  Works with other departments and in-house counsel to draft non-standard client agreements.
    •  May lead special projects for the Company in areas of expertise.
    •  Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

    About You

    • Excellent time management skills with the strong ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Customer service oriented and a flexible team player with high energy and a positive attitude.
    • Comfortable saying you don't have the answer, and confident that you can then go find it.
    • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Flexible, resourceful, and solution oriented.
    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels and departments within the company.
    • Ability to work with minimal assistance and supervision.
    • Salesforce experience a plus.
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Some College/University or degree in Business or a related field preferred.
    • 2 or more years of business experience preferred.
    • 1 or more years of contracting experience preferred but not required.
