Training Manager at Hire Resolve

Job Description

• Hire Resolve’s client is seeking an experienced Training Manager to develop and coordinate training initiatives supporting corporate governance and company secretarial professionals in Johannesburg.

Location: Killarney, Johannesburg
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop training programmes for members, students and the public.
• Source suitable presenters and research topics for webinars, seminars and workshops.
• Build and maintain a database of potential presenters and evaluate trainer performance.
• Coordinate training on company secretarial, corporate governance and tax-related topics.
• Develop tailored in-house training opportunities, particularly for public sector organizations.
• Manage the Chartered Governance Placements service for members and students.
• Interview and screen candidates for prospective employers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the organization's systems, products and services.

REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant qualification, such as an LLB, BCom (Hons), BEd (Hons), MBA, BA, CGISA or similar degree.
• Experience in training or lecturing would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of corporate governance would be advantageous.
• Strong research, communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
