    Legal Advisor - Cape Town.

    Lexdan Select is assisting a sustainable energy business with their search for a Legal Advisor, based in Cape Town.
    The Legal Advisor role requires:

    • a minimum of 4 years post articles experience
    • experience in contract vetting / negotiating
    • understanding of procurement processes
    • risk management advisory to various departments
    • ad hoc Co Sec work, understanding of Companies Act
    • open to applications from all industries
    • compliance management
