MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION:
- B. Juris/ B. Proc/ LLB degree.
- 7 years legal advisory/ Litigation and/ or Court experience.
- A driver’s Licence.
ADDED ADVANTAGE
- Admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
- Prosecution experience in quasi-judicial proceedings/tribunals.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES & KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
- Preparation and presentation of professional conduct matters to Professional Conduct Committees.
- Conduct research and provide legal advice to Council, Professional Boards and their structures.
- Provision of legal opinions and vetting of legal instruments/ documents.
