Legal Counsel at Lexdan Select

• Lexdan Select is assisting a multinational renewable energy company with their search for a Legal Counsel, based in Cape Town.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for negotiating, drafting and reviewing key commercial contracts.
• Provide support in addressing, resolving and managing legal issues.
• Manage litigation processes.
• Engage with both external and internal legal/advisory resources.

Requirements:

• Completed LLB and must be an Admitted Attorney.
• Minimum 8 years post articles experience working in either the energy, mining, utilities, construction, or oil and gas industry.
• In-house legal experience is a non-negotiable.
• Open to travelling occasionally.
