    Legal Counsel

    • The role has a strong focus on commercial contract drafting and negotiations, supplier compliance, and the rollout of a contract management system.

    The core functions:

    • commercial drafting & negotiations
    • supplier compliance & risk management
    • administration of contract management system
    • labour & industrial relation management
    • regulatory compliance
    • dispute resolution

    Requirements:

    • LLB degree + articles
    • minimum 2 years experience post articles
    • experience in commercial drafting of contracts + negotiations
    • open to law firm candidates and in-house counsel
