Job Description

To facilitate the OUTsurance Life product, Claims Advisors are needed to provide dedicated, value-orientated assistance to clients that have life cover, hence the position of Life Claims Advisors emerged.

Qualifications

• Matric  / Grade 12 minimum requirement
• Computer Literate
• Previous experience in Life, Claims and Funeral is essential

• Capture and register Life and Funeral claims on the Summit system
• Handle Admin and follow up concerning claims
• Administrating Life and Funeral claims.
• Dealing with queries from clients and service providers
• Liaise with service providers and assessors
• Conduct all the above to the required performance and quality in place
• Handling all claims in a professional and proficient manner
• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate
• Organised, Self-disciplined and self-motivated
• Dealing with clients in an empathetic way.
• Passionate about dealing with different scenarios and people, in a Deadline and results orientated environment.
