    Linguistics Graduate, Inside Sales (German Language)

    What You Will Do

    • Grow accounts by identifying new sales opportunities with existing customers through industry changes within customer verticals or security updates
    • Retain customers through building and maintaining strong relationships
    • Account planning
    • Opportunity/deal management
    • Strategize and come up with initiatives to deliver against sales targets
    • Pipeline Management
    • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
    • Manage inbound and outbound contacts of potential and existing customers via telephone, email and live chat

    What You Have

    • Native, bi-lingual or business proficiency in German (essential)
    • 0+ years of sales experience with a proven B2B track record
    • 0+ years of customer retention experience
    • Sales acumen, up-sell capability, attention to detail, goal-orientation, and strong time-management skills
    • Resiliency, trustworthiness, creativity, solution-orientation, and passion for technology sales
    • Tool Experience: Salesforce & Microsoft Office products (advantageous)
