Supervision of all Warehousing and distribution functions.
Invoicing, transfers and GRV’s on Great Plains.
Maintain all relevant documentation, check lists and registers daily
Supervision of all loading including Bran and Bulk.
Stock Management.
Attend daily Invocoms.
Report back on Logistic related matters to Logistics Manager.
Manage service levels.
Liaison with national replenishment.
Co-ordinate monthly/daily stock counts and report on stock management issues.
Maintain all Premier Foods as well as Site Policies and Procedures and ensuring compliance thereto.
Supervision and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety regulations.
Assist with Investigation of stock and pallet variances.
Control Staff in a manner which promotes a harmonious working environment.
Taking or initiating the necessary disciplinary and corrective action steps when required.
Ensuring that all staff is conversant with their duties and that their productivity levels conform to the job requirements.

Appropriate candidate should have sufficient knowledge regarding stock management, distribution and warehousing and have a good working knowledge of Great Plains Stock Modules.
