Loadmaster - Vereeniging at Premier FMCG (Pty) Ltd

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of all Warehousing and distribution functions.
• Invoicing, transfers and GRV’s on Great Plains.
• Maintain all relevant documentation, check lists and registers daily
• Supervision of all loading including Bran and Bulk.
• Stock Management.
• Attend daily Invocoms.
• Report back on Logistic related matters to Logistics Manager.
• Manage service levels.
• Liaison with national replenishment.
• Co-ordinate monthly/daily stock counts and report on stock management issues.
• Maintain all Premier Foods as well as Site Policies and Procedures and ensuring compliance thereto.
• Supervision and maintenance of warehouse equipment.
• Ensuring compliance to Health and Safety regulations.
• Assist with Investigation of stock and pallet variances.
• Control Staff in a manner which promotes a harmonious working environment.
• Taking or initiating the necessary disciplinary and corrective action steps when required.
• Ensuring that all staff is conversant with their duties and that their productivity levels conform to the job requirements.

• Appropriate candidate should have sufficient knowledge regarding stock management, distribution and warehousing and have a good working knowledge of Great Plains Stock Modules.
