Logistician x 4 (Assembly and Bodyshop) at DHL Supply Chain

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure adherence to the company’s rules and regulations as documented in company’s disciplinary policy
• Ensure that housekeeping is maintained
• Ensure safe work practice as defined during induction and health and safety related training and awareness campaigns
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures in the area
• Report any defects, queries and unresolved issues to Team Leader or Supervisor for resolution
• Ensure that all checklists are filled in correctly and on time in line with Standard Operating Procedures
• Perform e-kanban counter counts
• Perform master data checks
• Perform any other duties as and when it arises

Qualifications, Experience & Attributes:

• Grade 12/Matric (English & Mathematics/Math Literacy)
• 2-3 Years’ experience
• Good written and verbal communication and understanding of basic mathematical principles
• Actively seeks feedback to improve performance
• Takes personal responsibility for career and development
• Ability to decide and initiate action.
• Ability to work with people.
• Ability to deliver results and meet customer expectations.
• Ability to cope with under pressure
