Grade 12 with 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain management or relevant national Diploma plus 1 year Experience in Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management policies and processes.
Knowledge of PPPFA, PFMA, Treasury regulations, SAP/SRM. Work experience in Health environment will be an added advantage. Ability to work under pressure and work in a team. Be prepared to work overtime when required to meet deadlines. Good communication skills. Knowledge of computer.
Duties :
Overall supervision of all warehouses, monitoring of transactions of goods and services delivered on SAP, Monitoring of GRV captured on SAP/SRM, and the web cycle as required, monitoring issuing of Inventory items to the cost center as requested through internal requisitions, monitoring transactions on control cards Va10 and Va11, monitoring transit in and out, monitoring outstanding deliveries and verification of transations are done in accordance with disposal procedures, ensure effective reliable filling system, manage and plan stock taking, compiling monthly report, contracting and evaluating of staff in line with PMDS policy.
