Maintenance Contract Supervisor – Control & Instrumentation

PURPOSE:
- To manage maintenance contracts, ensuring compliance, safety, efficiency, and cost‑effectiveness while overseeing contractor performance, asset reliability, and continuous improvement across infrastructure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Electrical Engineering qualification (BTech/BEng/BSc) with project/contract management training
- 7–10 years’ maintenance experience in light current systems (PLCs, instrumentation, BMS, SCADA)
- Expertise in automation, fire detection, access control, building systems, and safety management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Experience managing outsourced maintenance contracts; proficiency in Maximo CMMS
- Valid driver’s license with safe manual driving experience
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English
