Maintenance Lead - Durban at Jonsson Workwear

The main responsibilities of the role include: 

• Managing all maintenance and repair requirements across our facilities.
• Building and managing relationships with all contractors and service providers.
• Execute basic repairs and assess maintenance requirements for any further support required.
• Proactively be on the lookout for anything that requires maintenance.
• Prioritises to work efficiently in an organised, systematic manner.
• Is reliable, punctual with a high energy level and excellent work ethic.
• Is willing to work extended hours and happy to travel as required.
• Strives to provide a top class service that exceeds expectations.

The experience we’re looking for:

• 5+ years’ experience in maintenance, dealing with electrical, plumping, carpentry, building and general maintenance.
• Must have good knowledge of the Occupational Health & Safety Act & Regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Qualification in a specific trade advantageous.
