    Group Legal & Statutory Support (Part-time)

    The main responsibilities of the role include: 

    • Ensure that all administrative processes are coordinated effectively.
    • Manage physical and digital filing of legal documents and records.
    • Ensure files are properly prepared for meetings.
    • Maintain share registers, minute and resolution books, and NDA registers.
    • Review legal agreements and make amendments and revisions as needed.
    • Apply your understanding of lease agreements and credit applications where necessary.
    • Conduct comprehensive reviews of legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Ensure compliance with the Companies Act and CIPC regulations.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Relevant tertiary qualification is an advantage.
    • At least 5 years experience in a legal support, legal secretary, or legal assistant role at a law firm.
    • Proven experience working for a law firm.
    • A thorough understanding of the Companies Act and CIPC regulations.
    • Proven experience working with confidential legal documents and matters.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel, Word, and Outlook.
    • Experience working with lease agreements and credit applications advantageous.
    • Fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Photographer - Durban

    The main responsibilities of the role include:

    • Immerse yourself in the business and develop, execute, and deliver the company’s images for all product and brand marketing.
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the Jonsson Workwear product range, as well as keep up to date with garment specifications and improvements.
    • Foster strong communication with all areas of the business and maintain a good relationship with suppliers.
    • Scout for models, locations and be able to put people at ease to ensure they are comfortable in front of the camera.
    • Use your experience in product photography to style garments and adjust lighting for a variety of reflective fabrics, trims, and accessories.
    • Style products for creative flat lays.
    • Produce and replicate studio lighting set-ups quickly and efficiently.
    • Maintain an organised and concise library of all Jonsson Workwear photography.
    • Edit, retouch, and allocate different formats & sizing on images where necessary.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Preferably 3-5 years’ experience in photography and design.
    • Degree or Diploma in Photography.
    • Higher qualification in graphic design / desktop publishing.
    • Experience in product and lifestyle photography.
    • Experience in using studio flash heads – Elinchrom, Broncolour and Profoto.
    • Highly skilled at using both ambient & studio flash photography.
    • Use of Nikon/Canon Professional DSLR systems.
    • Must own a suitable camera, tripod, as well as a suitable selection of lenses for both product and lifestyle photography.
    • Advanced knowledge on Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Deep etching experience.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel.

    Raw Materials Warehouse Administrator - Durban

    The main responsibilities of the role include: 

    • Ensuring the precise printing of RFID labels to meet demand and delivery deadlines.
    • Responsible for receiving both imported and local raw materials.
    • Ensuring that raw materials received correspond with delivery notes, invoices, and the GRN.
    • Responsible for creating purchase orders (POs) and making necessary amendments before handing them over to the fabric processing department.
    • Providing general warehouse support, including managing the ordering of stationary and other operational necessities to ensure the warehouse is well-equipped.
    • Monitor the recycling area to ensure all waste is collected promptly, contributing to our sustainable practices.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Proven experience in a warehouse environment holding fabric and trims.
    • Worked with Warehouse Management Systems, preferably also barcode scanning, picking and packing.
    • Computer literate using MS Office (including very good Excel), Syspro, WMS, and Datascope systems.
    • Knowledge of occupational health and safety policies and procedures.
    • Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport.

    The experience we’re looking for:

    • Has led a high-performance retail team with responsibility for customer in-store experience.
    • Experience in a guest relations or customer-facing role, advantageous.
    • Has led a team of 10 team members or more, effectively.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel, Word, Outlook.
    • Experience with the Syspro ERP system preferable.
    • Is fluent in spoken and written English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
