    Maintenance Manager - Plastic

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage the maintenance team and oversee all maintenance activities related to plastic manufacturing equipment.
    • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules to ensure optimal production uptime.
    • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, coordinating timely repairs to minimize downtime.
    • Collaborate with production managers to plan and schedule maintenance work.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation to comply with industry standards.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits of equipment to assess performance and safety standards.
    • Manage budgets for maintenance operations, ensuring effective use of resources.
    • Lead training and development initiatives for the maintenance team to enhance skills and knowledge.
    • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve maintenance efficiency and reduce waste.
    • Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in plastic manufacturing machinery.


    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management in the plastic manufacturing industry.
    • Strong knowledge of plastic processing machinery and related maintenance practices.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing maintenance teams.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
    • Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing.
    • Proficient in maintenance management software and tools.
