Purpose of the Job

Co-ordinate and direct the execution plans, operational planning and execution activities to ensure world class collaborative planning and control of supply and demand and optimisation in the network ensuring smooth product delivery to the customers

What you've done

Baseline:

• NQF Level 6 (Diploma in Engineering: Mechanical/electrical/Instrumental/Industrial)
• Minimum 4 years’ maintenance experience in planning and scheduling within petrochemical environment.
• Knowledge and experience in use of planning and Scheduling Software (SAP/Primavera)

Advantageous:

• Trade test qualification
• Planning and organizing Skills
• Communication skills

What you'll be doing

• Proactively engaging maintenance and operation teams.
• Building teamwork.
• Develop and publish weekly schedule as per identified templates.
• Perform resource levelling and leveraging. 
• Develop and publish a master integrated schedule as per agreed scheduling occurrence.
• Forecast peak activities and scheduling conflicts.

Exciting Challenges

• Coordinate Maintenance activities within technical environment.
• Develop detailed work packages from preventive maintenance routine (PMR) findings and corrective maintenance activities for all maintenance teams.
